Why do you need a home watch service?
Neighbors, friends and relatives are the people you ask to “keep an eye on your home” for a weekend or a week. It's something you ask of someone you know that doesn’t want to say no. Looking after a property for someone seems easy. Checking the mail box and looking at the front of the house, which seems the same every time they look and every time they've looked at it for a long period of time, seems easy, right?
That part of returning a favor or being a good neighbor is easy.
Why GWHW?
What about when the mail box is pried open. What about when the sprinkler is running because the head has fallen off? Or, what if its not running and the grass is turning brown, or the pool is turning green? Is this now a “favor” or “good deed”?
